All-inclusive resorts, chosen with inside knowledge

Mexico, the Caribbean and beyond. We know which resorts suit families and which suit couples, and which room category is actually worth the upgrade.

Rough dates and an idea are all we need to get started.
Why it matters
Every resort website looks like paradise. The difference between a great week and a disappointing one is usually in the details the photos leave out: how far the room is from the beach, whether the pool is loud until midnight, and what is really included once you arrive.
Ines Tours & Travel has been matching Southern California travelers with the right all-inclusive since 2004. Our work with resort and vacation partners has been recognized year after year, including Elite Diamond status with ALG Vacations and Top Producer awards from RIU.

Good to know

What all-inclusive usually covers

Most all-inclusive packages include your room, meals, drinks, taxes and resort gratuities, along with non-motorized water sports and entertainment. What changes from one resort to the next is the quality. Some restaurants need reservations, some top-shelf drinks cost more, and spa treatments and excursions are usually extra. We check what your particular resort includes before you book.

Choosing between Cancun, Riviera Maya and Cabo

For Los Angeles travelers these are the classics. Cancun has the big hotel zone and easy nightlife. The Riviera Maya, to the south, feels calmer and sits near cenotes and Mayan ruins. Cabo is a shorter flight from LA with dramatic desert scenery, though many of its beaches are better for looking at than swimming in. Our guide to all-inclusive destinations from Los Angeles goes deeper.

Timing your stay

Winter is high season across Mexico and the Caribbean, and prices follow. Summer can be excellent value, but it overlaps with the Atlantic hurricane season, which runs from June through November. We help you weigh weather, price and school calendars, and talk through travel protection before you commit.
