Rough dates and an idea are all we need to get started.
Why it matters
Organizing a group trip usually falls on one generous person, who soon finds out what it means to chase thirty people for passport details. We take that job. Your group gets one travel specialist who handles the bookings, the payments, the questions and the changes.
Ines Tours & Travel has worked with families and community groups around Burbank and Glendale since 2004, including many from Southern California’s Armenian community traveling together for pilgrimages, reunions and milestone celebrations.

Good to know

How we run a group booking

We begin with your dates, group size and destination, then hold space and share clear options. Each traveler confirms their details with us directly. We keep a master list of names, passports, rooming and flights, and we send reminders before each deadline. You stay in the loop without doing the paperwork.

Why group trips need one person in charge

A name that does not match a passport can cost a traveler their seat. A room block that is not watched can expire without warning. With many travelers on one trip, small errors multiply, and that is why one specialist manages every detail on yours.

Good destinations for groups

All-inclusive resorts are an easy choice, because meals and activities are already sorted. Cruises work well when different ages want different things by day and come together at dinner. Armenia and the Holy Land suit church and heritage groups, and Europe suits friends who want to explore together. Our family reunion planning guide is a good place to begin.
